Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Smartly Made is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. Smartly Made is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages, but we will do our best to assist when possible.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
